JAYR Construction Group is an industrial, commercial, and institutional (ICI) flooring contractor delivering high-performance surface systems for active, operational facilities across the GTA. Built on 15+ years of hands-on industry experience, our work ranges from 200 sq.ft to 200,000 sq.ft—from targeted facility upgrades to large-scale surface scopes. Our focus is simple: install surfaces that support day-to-day operations—so the facility can keep running, so maintenance stays manageable, and so the surface holds up over time. We work exclusively in commercial, industrial, and institutional environments.

What We Do
We install high-performance surface systems for industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities, including:

We serve commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario—often in active spaces where scheduling, cleanliness, and return-to-service timing are tightly managed.
